The Adventurer team demonstrated impressive consistency throughout the competition, winning
all its preliminary matches except against Central. However, their strong overall point standing
secured their place in the finals, where they ultimately claimed victory. North's Pathfinder team
placed second, succeeded by Central, while its Senior Youth team also secured second place
after falling to East Jamaica Conference.

In preparation for the union competition, NJC hosted its own Bible championships involving
teams from the St. Ann and Trelawny parishes. The final teams represented a selection of
outstanding participants from both parishes across all three categories.
Pastor Amiel Summerbell, NJC Youth Ministries Director, expressed pride in the teams'
accomplishments, emphasising that the competition's greatest purpose is to encourage young
people to study God's Word. The Adventurer coach, Mrs Dedrian Jackson Thorney, overcome
with emotion, described the victory as a long time coming.
