Pastor's Profile

      Wenworth Monroe, husband and father and a baptized member of the Seventh-day Adventist church for 30 years and a Gospel Minister for 20 years. He was ordained to Gospel Ministry in September of 2008. He is native of the Parish of Trelawny, born in Ulster Spring Trelawny. He received his early education at the Albert Town primary and Wait-a-bit All age and later at the Falmouth Seventh-day Adventist Preparatory and All Age. He earned his High School Diploma at Harrison Memorial High and Bachelor of Arts and Master Degrees at Northern Caribbean University.

      Employed by West Jamaica Conference of Seventh-day Adventists as a teacher at the Savanna-la-mar high school in 2002. In March of 2003 he was placed on internship in the Savanna-la-mar district of Churches and later the Lucea district. In January 2004 he was given his first district assignment at the Black River district of churches in St. Elizabeth. Pastor Monroe’s Pastoral assignments have led him to six pastoral districts to date; Black River, Little London, Lucea, Coote Savannah, March Town and Falmouth. In is ministry over 13 hundred souls of have been won to the Kingdom of God. His experience includes serving as Parish coordinator, Conference and Union committee member.

      He is married to Elaine, an educator, soloist, and a lover of people and possessing an amiable spirit, who has contributed significantly to the success he has gained in his ministry to date. Together they have two beautiful daughters Mikaela and Melissa.
